Quick and Easy Korean BBQ Ribs

4-6 servings

1.) Mix 3lbs LA style beef short ribs (flanken cut or flank steak) and 1 jar SAN korean BBQ Marinade

2.) Cover and refrigerate at least one hour or overnight for best results.

3.) Preheat grill to MED-HIGH. If broiling, set rack 6” below broiler.

4.) Grill ribs or broil, turning only once. Depending on the thickness 2-3 minutes per side.

(Flanken cut 3-5 minutes per side)

The ribs should be slightly charred and caramelized.

5. ) Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Serve with steamed rice and SAN korean korean KIMCHI
