Stir-fried Spicy Vegetables and Chicken

3-5 servings

1lb boneless, skinless, chicken breast cut into 1” strips (or firm tofu)

1 potatoes halved and sliced into 1/4” pieces

1 carrot sliced into 1/4” pieces

1/2 onion sliced into 1/2” pieces

1/2c SAN korean Spicy Sauce (or to taste)

2Tbsp water

2 scallions sliced thinly to garnish (optional)

1.) Mix SAN korean Spicy Sauce and chicken

2.) Heat on MED-HIGH 1Tbsp of oil in a medium saucepan.

3.) Cook chicken stirring occasionally for 5min until nearly cooked.

4. ) Add potatoes, carrots, and onions to pan and stir together.

5.) Turn down heat to MED, and cook for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Add a few Tbsps of water to pan if food begins to stick to bottom.

6.) Garnish with scallions. Enjoy!

Serve with steamed rice and SAN korean white radish kimchi.
