So many great reasons this is one of my favourite kimchi recipes - it’s fast, has 4 ingredients, maintains probiotic benefits and is always satisfying.

Below are guidelines but have fun and design it to your taste.

8oz (or 2 bundles) Somen, Soba Noodles or Rice Noodles

1 cup chopped SANkorean Napa Cabbage Kimchi

1/4 cup Sesame Oil

2 tbsp Cane Sugar (or Honey)

Sliced Green Onions and Sesame Seeds to garnish (optional)

Cook noodles according to directions.

Once noodles are rinsed in cold water, mix remaining ingredients and ENJOY!
